Miracle Flower Mushroom
CEO Yongbok Lee, the developer of fermented flower mushrooms, began researching flower mushrooms for his wife’s health. After a study at the University of Tokyo in Japan announced that the beta-glucan content was four times higher than that of pine mushrooms, he developed health foods using natural log cultivation and lactic acid fermentation methods. Beta-glucan is an ingredient that boosts immunity, has excellent antioxidant effects, and helps relieve inflammation in the body. Over the past 13 years, many people have experienced the miracle of flower mushrooms and regained their health.
